I was cleaning up my office and files, and I ran across a piece of paper that had this on it. It said on the top… To: You…From: The Boss. And then it continued:
I am God. Today I will be handling all of your problems. Please remember that I do not need your help. If Life happens to deliver a situation to you that you cannot handle, do not attempt to resolve it but kindly put it in the SFGTD (something for God to do) box. All situations will be resolved, but in My time, not yours. Once the matter is placed into the box, do not hold onto it by worrying about it. Instead, focus on all the wonderful things that are present in your life now. I like that! It reminded me of what God says in Psalm 91. He said that he would rescue those who love him. And he would protect those who trust in his name. And he promised that when you call on him, he would answer and that he will be right there in whatever trouble comes your way. God simply tells us to trust him in
all things…both good and bad. And to never doubt that his plan for you today is always better than your plan for today. Gods got your back…make sure he also has your heart! Here’s our Bible verse for today…
Psalms 91:14-16 NLT The LORD says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. (15) When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. (16) I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”
