*Please note: you must complete the Quail Lake Community Church Membership Class in order to reserve the campus.

Date/Time/Event Type/ Area (ex: Chapel, Pool, Pavilion, Pond)
I agree that when I reserve the campus, I will:
Be present during the duration of the event
Not bring/consume alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or vape.
No child shall be left unattended in the pool area
Ensure that everything is put back in its place.
Event and clean up will be completed by 10PM.
Ensure all doors and gates are locked upon departure
